Returns
Because our products are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lindamatatik@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your issue is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Order Cancellations
We are unable to cancel orders once they’ve entered production. Please double-check your information before confirming your order.
